Do you suffer from ‘Tech Neck’ or other issues with your head neck & shoulders caused by modern living? Working on devices, driving for long periods or carrying heavy bags of shopping or indeed our children can lead to lower back issues that wear away our patience and leave us stressed and cranky. Deep Release for the Back is specially designed for you and is my most sought after treatment!
This is a treatment of three parts. First up I treat in a seated position in a comfortable chair where you receive soothing, releasing strokes around and between your shoulder blades and up into your neck. Before even lying on the treatment couch many people report significant relaxation and improvement.
From there you lie face down on the treatment couch and receive deeper massage strokes & techniques to ease, soothe and warm muscles – working with the body to release deeply held tension in the lower back and hips as well as the shoulders and neck.
Finally face up on the couch I ease out any remaining tension and complete the process with work around the temples, jaw and ears. Clients often describe the full experience as ‘blissful’.
Many clients report feeling transformed after just one treatment and look visibly different in terms of relaxation through the face with more space and lightness in their upper bodies and the complete elimination or diminishment of pain.

A favourite among clients this treatment, which is usually performed lying down (or semi-reclined) on the treatment couch starts with a shoulder releasing technique to allow complete comfort throughout. The therapy works on the principle that every organ and body system can be influenced back into a state of greater equilibrium through the use of specialised finger and thumb movements along the corresponding pressure points on the feet.
Reflexology Plus involves finishing the treatment with a very relaxing foot and leg massage.

Somewhat deceptive in its name this treatment involves much more than just the head! It is usually performed in a chair and involves massage of the shoulders, neck, head and face. Many different techniques are used across the head with blissful results. Especially effective for tension headaches or for those who hold a lot of tension in their upper body. The treatment can be extended with extra work on the shoulders and neck whilst lying on the massage couch.
- Natural Facelift Massage -

This very unique and powerful treatment is so much more than a facial.
A variety of intricate finger and thumb techniques are used across the entire face. Work is undertaken on both the superficial and underlying facial muscles aiding the circulation to nourish the skin at a deeper level. This results in an improvement in both tone and elasticity in the skin texture resulting in a smoother and more radiant complexion. Tension is released in the face, neck and scalp which can reduce headaches and other tension related symptoms and leaves you with a lasting sense of well-being, confidence & serenity.
The final stage of the treatment involves the use of my own Rose facial oil being applied to the skin. Lastly gentle massage is applied (over clothes) to the arms, hands and legs to ease you back into the room (as the treatment can be supremely relaxing).
