About me…

Hi - I’m Elena and I offer a range of Bespoke Holistic Therapies within a rustic and comfortable space in my home - a 400 year old cottage in the heart of Bishops Lydeard nestled at the foot of the Quantock Hills in Somerset.

I try to create a space inspired by the spirit of Hygge - a Danish word loosely translated as cosiness, warmth & conviviality where you can feel truly nurtured.

I completed my training in London and Somerset and have worked within a wide range of settings.  I endeavour to make everyone coming through my door feel welcome and accepted - just as they are.

My experience ranges from teaching baby massage to mums in my early adult life to working in Bespoke Holistic Health Venues. For two years I worked as part of St Margaret’s Hospice Complementary Therapy Health Team where I gained invaluable experience in this very specialised field. I also have extensive experience working with adults with learning disabilities and older adults.

Over the last 13 years I have built up my private practice at home treating many local people and sometimes several generations within the same family.   I have worked (alongside parents) with their children some with neuro-diverse conditions.

I love nothing more than a seasonal walk in nature from where I draw a great deal of inspiration to bring back into the healing space.

All of my treatments are grounded in a knowledge and active practice of Mindfulness and Meditation thus I cultivate an environment of peace, respect, harmony and equilibrium.
